The Center at West Park will present a double header of the New York All-Stars Jazz Band and Ukraine’s Cultural Forces on June 28th at 8pm, a complimentary evening of live music.

The performance will include renditions of a wide variety of music, from Ukrainian and world classical pieces, to covers of popular hits. It will feature New York All Star Jazz Band’s Grammy-nominated musicians Bobby Sanabria, Benito Gonzalez, Yaacov Yon Mayman, and John Lee of Dizzy Gillespie and Mykolai Sierga, Taras Stoliar, Yurii Ivaskevych, Olha Rukavishnikova, Mykhailo Olinyk, and Valeriia Kuzmuk of Cultural Forces. 

Cultural Forces is an association of Ukrainian artists who played professionally before the war. They now play concerts on the front line, in military hospitals, in units of rescuers, and in de-occupied Ukrainian cities, with the goal of raising morale and building cultural bridges. They are currently on a forty-day US tour to thank the American people for their sustained support.
